Cancellation
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will help you to change the items you wish to replace.
Cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. A cancellation fee of 10% is charged to a customer who wants to cancel their order. Cancellation of an order is not possible for orders that have already been shipped.
Return Window:
You have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away so we can fix it fast.
What You Can’t Return:
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Beauty, personal care, perishable, or hazardous goods
Exchange Policy:
Need something else? Return the item, and once approved, place a new order for the product you want.
EU Customers – 14-Day Return Right:
For EU orders, you can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Conditions still apply (unused, original packaging, with receipt).
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
- If you don’t see it after 15 business days, contact us
